Web Developer - PHP
  1. Owns the development and customizing of one or more web development projects, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment.
  2. Works closely with Operations to install, configure and operate developed features, as appropriate.
  3. Works with the Production, Design and Development teams to build a feature set.
  4. Works closely with QA engineers to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
  5. Shares expertise and advises others in development of features across the project.
  6. Writes high quality, high performance code.

Web Developer - PHP



Required Skills:
  1. Strong knowledge of object-oriented (OO) methodology; able to architect and design new OO systems.
  2. Strong PHP5 programming skills.
  3. Excellent knowledge in SQL (MySQL), JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  4. Deep knowledge in CMS (especially Drupal).
  5. Knowledge in Zend Framework and tools.
  6. Profound experience in web-based architectures and technologies (AJAX, XML, SOAP, JSON).
  7. Understanding of Service-Oriented approach.
  8. Knows how to write deployment and installation scripts on Linux environments.
  9. Experience with version control system, especially “SVN”.
  10. Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment working with both on-site and remote teams.
  11. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  12. Education: B.S in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  13. Experience: 3+ years, particularly in Web2.0 technologies
Pluses:
  1. Zend PHP5 Certification
  2. Experience in other scripting and programming languages
  3. Experience in agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
